We are very quality oriented and pay great attention to details. We only see one patient at a time. Each patient is given their own reserved time and we spend that entire time with that one patient. In other words, we never go from person to person while providing a treatment to a patient. This allows us to give our undivided attention to our patients and provide them with the utmost high-quality dental care.
Dr. Kolten Astle moved to Billings from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born and raised in Logan, Utah and completed his undergraduate studies at Utah State University. For most of his life, Dr. Kolten desired to work in healthcare and be in a profession where he could help others improve their lives–and dentistry provided him the opportunity to do all of these. He graduated from Roseman University where he earned his DMD along with his MBA.
Dr. Kolten is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and an outstanding patient experience. He is dedicated to staying current in all the new technology and techniques in dentistry and has furthered his education by attending courses in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and root canals or nerve therapy. Dr. Kolten served a two-year church mission in Arequipa Peru where he became fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Kolten is married to his sweetheart Amber and they have one daughter, Olivia. Dr. Kolten enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, tennis, pickleball, ping pong, skiing, and cooking.
Tiffany was born and raised in Florida, then moved to Montana as a child. Tiffany studied at Montana State University in Billings and earned her Bachelor’s Degree. She enjoys spending time with her husband on their family ranch located in a peaceful area of the Bull Mountains. One of her biggest passions in life is starting colts, and restarting trouble horses. Tiffany enjoys a simple lifestyle that involves the outdoors, hanging out with her dogs, horses, husband, hiking, and working out in the gym. She believes helping others is as simple as keeping your eyes open for their needs, and then doing something about it. Every need presents an opportunity to show God’s grace and love in a tangible way.
Justine joined our team in 2023 with a passion for dentistry and making it a long and successful career. She was born and raised in Huntley, Montana.
She is very friendly and personable and works hard to help patients receive the best dental care. Justine loves raising and riding her horses, going to concerts, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Ashley has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and many years in healthcare/hospital surgery scheduling but due to the strong changes of 2020, she needed a change. Ashley has been in dental for three years and with Legacy Smiles as a front desk coordinator for two years but a patient of Dr. Stuarts since high school. (It was a no brainer she says when asked to come work for Dr. Stuart.)

Brittany was born and raised in Minnesota and graduated with her degree in Dental Hygiene from Argosy University in 2018. You will find that she is compassionate, able to put her patients at ease, and ensures a positive dental experience. Brittany is married with two children and has two family dogs. Personal interests include being outdoors, classic cars, reading, bowling and foosball.
